Prerequisites & Preparation

Before beginning, ensure you have:

Step 1: Install the 'Downloader' App
Since IPTV apps like IPTV Smarters Pro and TiviMate are not listed directly on the Amazon Appstore, we use the free, trusted utility app called Downloader.
- From your FireStick Home screen, navigate to Find → Search.
- Type
Downloaderand select it from the search suggestions. - Click on the orange Downloader icon and select Download / Get.
- Once installed, do not open it yet. Proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Enable Developer Options on FireStick
- Go to Settings (gear icon on the right) → My Fire TV.
- Click on About.
- Highlight the name of your device (e.g., Fire TV Stick 4K Max) and press the Center Select Button on your remote 7 times rapidly until you see the message: "No need, you are already a developer."
- Press Back once to return to My Fire TV menu → select the newly unlocked Developer Options.
- Click on Install Unknown Apps (or Apps from Unknown Sources) and toggle Downloader to ON.
Step 3: Sideload IPTV Smarters Pro
- Open the Downloader app from your Apps list. Click Allow when prompted for storage permissions.
- In the URL box, type the direct Downloader shortcode for IPTV Smarters Pro: 250931(or type the direct URL:
https://www.iptvsmarters.com/smarters.apk). - Click Go. The APK file will download automatically.
- When download finishes, click Install, then click Done.
- Click Delete on the installation file to save precious FireStick internal storage.
Step 4: Login with StreamX Xtream Codes Credentials
- Launch IPTV Smarters Pro.
- Choose device type: TV → click Save.
- Select Login with Xtream Codes API (recommended over M3U for faster loading and full EPG support).
- Enter your StreamX account details:
- Any Name:
StreamX IPTV - Username: [Your StreamX Username]
- Password: [Your StreamX Password]
- Server URL: [Your StreamX Portal URL e.g., http://line.streamx.tv:80]
- Any Name:
- Click ADD USER. The app will download your live TV channels, movies, and TV series catalogs.
Alternative: Installing TiviMate on FireStick
If you prefer the sleekest, most cable-like TV interface, you can install TiviMate instead:
- Open Downloader and enter TiviMate shortcode: 278077.
- Click Install → Open TiviMate → Click Add Playlist → Choose Xtream Codes → Enter your credentials.

FireStick Speed & Performance Optimization Tips
- Turn Off Data Monitoring: Go to Settings → Preferences → Data Usage Monitoring → Turn OFF to free up CPU cycles.
- Disable Video Autoplay: Go to Settings → Preferences → Featured Content → Turn OFF Allow Video Autoplay.
- Restart Regularly: Hold down the Select + Play/Pause buttons on your remote for 5 seconds to perform a quick soft reboot.
